Austrian BaFG context
Austria’s Barrierefreiheitsgesetz applies from 28 June 2025 to specified products/services, including certain B2C electronic-commerce services, subject to statutory scope and exemptions such as the service-provider microenterprise exemption. B2B-only informational/service contexts can fall outside that specific e-commerce scope. The operator must reassess applicability before enabling direct consumer online contracting/payment.
