Provider information and disclosure
Provider identification under Austrian e-commerce law and media-law disclosure. Operator-specific fields are published only when configured; inapplicable register, VAT or corporate information is never fabricated.
Service provider / Diensteanbieter (§ 5 ECG)
Depending on the operator’s real legal form, additional identification duties can arise under § 14 UGB or § 63 GewO. The configured register/trade fields above are shown only when applicable.
Media-law disclosure (§§ 24–25 MedienG)
This site is configured as a small website under § 25(5) MedienG: its purpose is the presentation and documentation of MapLink products/services rather than general opinion-forming editorial reporting.

Consumer dispute resolution (AStG)
The operator does not make a general voluntary commitment to participate in an alternative dispute-resolution procedure unless a specific legal or contractual obligation applies. If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly, § 19(3) AStG can require case-specific information on the competent ADR body and whether the operator will participate.
The former EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR/OS) platform is not linked here: Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 repealed Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 with effect from 20 July 2025 and discontinued that platform.
Accessibility
Accessibility status: best effort. See the Accessibility statement for implementation details and the contact channel. Austrian BaFG applicability depends, among other things, on whether an electronic-commerce service is supplied to consumers and whether an exemption applies.

The operator maintains this information with reasonable care. Technical documentation may change with MapLink, DayZ, third-party mods or hosting environments. Nothing on this page excludes or restricts mandatory statutory liability. Linked external sites are controlled by their respective operators; unlawful content will be addressed when the operator obtains concrete knowledge requiring action.
